The Hard Hat versions of Bern ski and snowboarding helmets use open cell foam that feels lighter and far more breathable than conventional EPS hard foam. While Brock foam will offer multiple low-impact protection, it does not meet the action sports head protection defined by ASTM F 2040 and EN 1077B standards found for EPS hard foam designs.
